Fun times with Eric Hayes and Gavin Degraw
In my life, I have been lucky enough to meet and become friends with some very talented musicians. Gavin Degraw is one of those people. We met in the heart of the West Village at my favorite club, Terra Blues. We shared a mutual friend and legend of the scene, named Moe Holmes. A member of the original Pioneers, the Voices of East Harlem, and the Jimmy Hendrix band. Music speaks to everyone, music unites us all. Gavin reminded me to be humble, to listen to as many musicians as possible, and to make all of your band members stars. Cheers man! Let's keep doing this thing for as long as we can!
