Today, I was honored with Knighthood and received the title of Sir Eric James Hayes from the state of NJ for achieving my 4th and final Degree within the Knights of Columbus. The whole premise of the show is to provide meaningful exposure and raise awareness for independent music videos and the artists who created them. We want your video seen and enjoyed by our massive audience.

Videos that make it to the top ten on the show automatically move to next week's episodes. All the other videos go back to the Library where they have an opportunity to be nominated again to be added to the next broadcast week. By nominating artists in the Library you can give these dynamic videos the opportunity to get back on the show. This is why our Indie Music Battle Library is a key component to providing more artists the opportunity to have their incredible videos seen by our television audience.

During the past few months, during the Coronavirus Pandemic, instead of feeling down that I have lost the majority of my booked shows and summer festivals, I decided to look at this challenging time as a perfect opportunity to expand my mind.  I am excited to share that I was accepted and I am now Officially enrolled as a student at Cornell University 👨‍🎓 and starting classes in September! I have been so hungry for knowledge lately, and have decided to go for it. What better time than now? LiveKrowd started by performing virtually to hospitals during COVID-19 pandemic.

We’re running virtual concerts for hospitals and medical centers around the globe to motivate and boost morale among medical workers and patients while they battle the Cronavirus.  We are pleased to welcome our newest artist, Eric Hayes.

As reported by CNN and Forbes, morale is low and they need our support. Since artists are not performing due to lock-down, they could entertain and boost morale of front line medical workers and patients by live streaming to hospitals and medical centers.

During this outbreak, our live stream viewing time increased by 222% and total views have gone up by 86%. Average viewing time grew by up to 3 times over.

Meanwhile, due to this pandemic, artists and live performers are in dire financial straits due to cancellations and postponements of their events to up to one year.

Thus, the success of this virtual concert initiative encouraged us to launch this artist booking platform. We’re enabling global artists to be paid to live stream to businesses all over the world thus sustaining their livelihood. They could perform virtually for private events, weddings, restaurants, bars and even churches.

As live performance revenue continues to grow as a major source of income for artists, we feel that it is ready for disruption.

Great News!! Festival Update!

Sadly, artists are being forced to pivot and adapt during these unprecedented times. Although all artists booked, including my live performance set at LAUNCH Music Conference will not be happening on stage at the festival venue, the show will and must go on! Here is a message from the promoters:

LAUNCH 2020 IS GOING DIGITAL!
The new official dates for LAUNCH 2020 will be Thursday, July 23rd - Sunday July 26.

This is a crazy time we are all living through. Uncertainty seems to be at the center of our lives. We are proceeding with this time frame, with a true spirit of positivity, and in the sincerest hope that life will be live-able the way we had all come to know and love, by July.

Because no one really knows where we will be, with respect to gatherings, over the next couple months, we are concurrently organizing a virtual version of LAUNCH 2020. Should we find that 3+ months from now, we're still not quite out of the woods, LAUNCH will be fully prepared to stage the entire event; daytime live panels and Q&A, mentoring, and nighttime festival performance schedule, in real time, on the web. We will broadcast the virtual version either way!

The 13th annual Singer-Songwriter of Cape May is proud to welcome Eric Hayes on March 27 & 28, 2020 to perform at the historic Congress Hall in Cape May, New Jersey.

Cape May is the oldest seaside resort in the United States and stretches 20 miles into the Atlantic Ocean and below the Mason-Dixon line. Famous for its rich history of visitors and Victorian architecture, this National Historic Landmark City also hosts world-renowned jazz festivals. Cape May will come alive in the Spring of 2020 during the annual singer-songwriter weekend.

SS Cape May features two afternoons of music business panels, workshops, clinics, mentoring & demo listening sessions and musical keynotes at the historic Congress Hall Hotel Grand Ballroom and Harrison Conference Center. The music business conference is open to the public but requires registration if your not with a showcasing act or artist.

SS Cape May celebrates new music and all participating acts and artists will shine with nighttime performances at select local venues. Eric has bravely battled career-threatening neck surgery and has came out with the other side of victorious and with couple of projects.He wrote his single, “Bionic”, with the positive message that you can find power and inspiration. The song talks more about his life, important part is making a positive change in life to overcome obstacles. He has experienced both a troublesome and lovely life. He proves, there is nothing you can’t do, there is, “no right age”, “no right time”. Believe and you can achieve! The music created so far by Eric combines different musical concepts and genres, bringing true emotion, character, and difference to his audiences.

When 15 top amateur acts battle for prizes this week at Morristown Onstage, they will be judged by a panel of talented pros, including two well known Morristown musicians.

Singer-songwriter Eric Hayes has performed with Martin Sexton, the Allman Brothers and Rachel Platten, among others, and his inspiring comebacks from crippling injuries are the stuff of TedX talks.  Now in its 12th year, Morristown Onstage is a benefit for programs in the Morris School District. The show aims to top last year’s fundraising record of $143,000.

“To start my comeback by performing live with Martin Sexton in a sold-out, awesome venue was more than I could ever ask for…. I felt really, really thankful, and blessed,” said Hayes, 36, who underwent a very risky operation to insert artificial discs into his neck in April.

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton praised Hayes’ message of “resilience, hope and recovery,” adding, “we could use a lot more of that in the world.”

What’s remarkable about this video–aside from the soulful performance by Morristown’s Eric Hayes–is that it was recorded just five days after the musician underwent surgery so serious that he had called friends to say goodbye…just in case.

“His love of music and devotion to Morristown are an inspiration. His plaque is now a part of Morristown history and we hope will inspire the community for many years to come,” she said.

When Eric Hayes dons a button-down shirt and dress pants and heads to work as director of creative marketing for Wales-Darby Inc., he knows how Clark Kent feels when he goes to work at the Daily Planet. It’s just one of his identities.

The song hit No. 1 on CD Baby’s New Indie Release chart, Hayes said, and he’s been invited to Italy to sing it.  Animal Aid USA , an animal rescue organization in south Jersey, used Let It Go in a documentary, and spinoff projects are on the horizon.
